Replacement hydrocyclones are available which can be adapted to fit many types of popular compact sand plant. The CX range of Hydrocyclones have a cylindrical upper (feed) section, with either a tangential feed inlet, followed by lower conical sections ending with the apex. The design combines “Linatex” rubber-lined, bolt-together sections that makes them simple to operate and maintain.
Available sizes are 15”/380mm; 20” / 500mm; & 26” / 660mm
Rubber Lined Pipework has also been specially developed for the quarrying industry, offering a combination of mechanical strength and abrasion resistance.
The development of a modular configuration gives you the ability to focus on areas of the highest wear, making the replacement of wear parts much easier.
Bends (45° and 90°)
Long radius bend. Sizes available: 4” / 100mm; 6” / 150mm; 8” / 200mm; and 10” / 250mm
Tees
90° Tee connection. Sizes available: 4” / 100mm; 6” / 150mm; 8” / 200mm
Reducers
Concentric bell reducer. Sizes available: 4” to 3”/ 100mm to 75mm; 6” to 4” / 150mm to 100mm; and 8” to 6” / 200mm to 150mm
Hose Tails
To connect a flexible hose to a flange. Sizes available: 4” / 100mm; 6” / 150mm; 8” / 200mm; and 10” / 250mm
Straights
Straight lengths of pipe, flanged. Sizes available: 4” / 100mm; 6” / 150mm; 8” / 200mm; and 10” / 250mm
Rubber slurry hose is also available providing the ultimate in toughness and abrasion resistance. It has the potential to give incredible cost savings, both in replacement costs and reduced downtime.
